IMPROVEDWalk-and-Turn and One-Leg Stand now record why a test wasn't completed — visible impairment, declined, or medical/officer-safety reason — instead of a single generic checkbox. Only the impairment reason feeds the TC Score.
IMPROVEDChemical test now tracks status (Refused / Pending / Result received / Not administered) instead of a simple refused flag, reflecting that lab results often aren't back for weeks. PBT remains logged only, never scored, consistent with how most states (including TN) treat it as verification rather than independent proof.
